Nails: Tutorial- Jigsaw Pieces Tutorial

I've not done a nail tutorial for absolutely ages considering I paint my nails nearly every week! Truth is I just keep forgetting to take enough pictures which I get very annoyed at myself for! Anyways this is very simple and quick to do. You can very easily switch up the colours for this, however, I wanted to go for some pastel colours as it is now spring.

First step is to paint your nails with one of your chosen colours. Mine is a Barry M Hi-Shine Gel one in the shade Blueberry. I decided to use this as the base because the next nail polish goes on much more opaque so I thought it would cover the base colour better.

Next step is to cut some cello tape up and place it on the nails so it covers two corners diagonal to each other. It can be quite fiddly to get them to match up perfectly, as you can tell not all mine matched up perfectly.

Then just paint over and obviously it doesn't really matter if you get some paint on the cello tape. The pink nail polish is from Ted Baker!

The final step is to add the dots so there are gaps in the jigsaw pieces.

This is such a quick and easy piece of nail art to do.
