Life: A Look Back On April With Beth

This month has very much revolved around dancing and performing meaning April has been great 😂. For the first three days I actually had a dance competition again which I really enjoyed doing as I love to dance. However the first dance was a bit of a disaster as the stage was so slippy I literally couldn't grip anything at all on stage - to finish it off the heel of my ballet shoe came off at the end. I did manage to laugh about it though, it's the best way! Also all the dance como girls went for a meal and nearly got blown away by the wind so we thought we would cling onto each other to prevent this from happening.

Onto probably the highlight of the month and that is seeing Olly Murs! He was literally so amazing and I loved every second of the concert. I need to him again 😍

Myself, mum, dad and brother also planned a last minute day out to York for Good Friday because why not?! I bought a few very nice things which I have put In a recent hail and I was so proud of myself for picking up a playsuit which was one bright colour! I'm know for sticking to monochrome clothing so you can imagine how proud I was. Also at the Indian in York my mum revealed the reason she failed her driving test when she was younger is because she crashed into a parked vehicle - oh dear.

Onto just a couple of simple things and that was seeing all my dad's side of the family near Easter. My younger cousins make me smile so much! I now also have a couple of new pairs of glasses which I am in love with. I had my other pair for about 3 years! I was ready for a change. I've also realised I am terrible at tennis but pretty good at plank competitions. And you know the hot weathers coming when you feel the need to paint your toe nails.

Can I just mention how good insurgent is?! I went to see it with Alice and can't wait for the DVD to come out now.

Another highlight of the month was doing the Annie Production at school! It was so much fun and meant we got to miss quite a few lessons at school which can be a good thing. We also managed to get ourselves locked backstage just before we we're die on stage. So that I suppose was funny and very memorable.

April was also the month of the Ballet Exam and I think it went quite well- now we can start show work and I'm loving it so far!

Final excitement is that I've got on a school skiing trip to Italy in March 2015! I'm so unbelievably excited as I've always wanted to go skiing and now I am!

Anyways April has been a great month but I think Mays going to be much calmer.

Beth xxx
