Thoughts: Social Media And Its Impacts

So this is a very social media related post today but I have been absent from this blog for quite some time but I have been spending some time on a Instagram account of mine and have come across some nasty fights and cute little things in a fandom! So I thought I would share with you the mysterious world of  Social Media!

I as a person am in the Little Mix 'fandom' but I prefer to call it a Community every one I talk to over there is so nice and genuine (barring a few!) and I don't really see much drama from where I am. But from reading other accounts captions and so on I have realised just how much trouble social media can cause between people that have so much in common.

Lets continue with the Mixer 'Fandom' for an example. Lets say somebody posts a picture of Perrie in a red dress and captions it 'Don't really like that dress on Perrie' and another girl comments and says 'stop hating on Perrie I thought you were a true mixer!' then all hell lets loose and suddenly people who used to be friends and followed each other are now arguing over something that they both love and care about! How stupid?

Now having said all that 'Fandoms' can be very nice to be in as they can give you support when your feeling down or make you laugh when life is hard. Do you get what I am saying. But when people mention the Internet and Social Media the first thing people think of are the arguments! And little things like what I just described are what makes people think this. I haven't come across hardly any of this but some people are just looking for it! So guys be nice online and don't say anything you wouldn't say to somebodies face.
